1 · The agreement
By downloading or using MyAISE Studio, or by signing up for a MyAISE Cloud account, you agree to these terms. "MyAISE", "we", and "us" mean MyAISE Inc.; "you" means the human or entity using the software.
If you don't agree, don't use the software. The desktop app's source is published under the MyAISE Source Available License; that license and these terms together govern your use of it.
2 · The desktop app
MyAISE Studio (the desktop app) is provided under the MyAISE Source Available License. You may use it for your own purposes as that license allows; you may not redistribute it, distribute modified versions, or offer it as a service without a commercial agreement — see the source-available page for the plain-language summary.
These terms apply only to the cloud features layered on top of the desktop app.
3 · Cloud account & subscriptions
A MyAISE Cloud account lets you sync rulesets, run viewer sessions, and (on AI SE) use AI self-healing. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
3.1 Studio (free tier)
Studio, the free tier, requires no account and has no fee. You can use the desktop app's local-only features without ever touching our cloud.
3.2 Paid tiers
Solo is $29/mo per user, or $24/mo billed annually. AI SE is $99 per seat per month, or $79 per seat per month billed annually, with a 3-seat minimum. Enterprise is custom-priced (from $15k/yr) — contact sales for a quote. Charges are pre-paid; refunds for the unused portion of a paid period are available on request within 14 days of payment, prorated daily.
3.3 Cancellation
You can cancel from your billing portal at any time. Your subscription ends at the close of the current billing period. Local rulesets are unaffected by cancellation.
4 · Acceptable use
You agree not to use MyAISE to:
- Intercept, rewrite, or display web traffic you don't have permission to access — including traffic on networks you don't operate.
- Misrepresent a product as something it isn't to deceive a prospect into a sale. Demo personalization is for storytelling — it's not a license to fabricate functionality or claim capabilities the product doesn't have.
- Bypass security controls on websites or services, including authentication, rate limiting, or anti-fraud measures.
- Distribute malware or process content you know to be illegal in your jurisdiction.
- Reverse-engineer the cloud backend or attempt to gain access to other customers' data.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. We will give notice and an opportunity to address the issue except where the violation is severe or ongoing.
5 · Intellectual property
You own your rulesets, your demo content, and anything you upload or create with MyAISE. We claim no rights to your content.
The MyAISE Studio source is licensed under the MyAISE Source Available License; rights are governed by that license. The MyAISE Cloud service, including its UI, infrastructure, and proprietary cloud components, is owned by MyAISE Inc. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service.
You grant us a limited right to host, transmit, and process your content as required to provide the service — for example, syncing your rulesets between devices, or running them inside a viewer-session VM.
6 · Liability
The service is provided as is. We work hard on uptime and correctness, but we don't promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
None of the above limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that can't be limited by law.
7 · Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced by email and on the marketing site at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the service after that constitutes acceptance.
8 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California — except that either party can seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
