MyAISE Studio is source available under a commercial license. The underlying har-capture-proxy engine is open source under the GNU AGPL v3. Each project keeps its own license; MyAISE Cloud provides the paid services.

The desktop app is published under the MyAISE Source Available License, a commercial license. You can read and audit its source, build it, and run it for your own internal use under that license and the terms.
Redistribution and offering MyAISE as a service require a separate commercial agreement. See the LICENSE file in the Studio repository for the full terms.
MyAISE Cloud is the paid service for hosted AI, sync, teams, and live viewer sessions.
The proxy engine is a separate, open-source project licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3. Its source is public so you can inspect how it captures and transforms traffic.
MyAISE's commercial license does not replace the proxy's AGPL license. See the LICENSE file in the har-capture-proxy repository for its terms.
