// the knowledge base

your support tickets already wrote the docs.

MyAISE mines real support conversations into a curated knowledge base — the ground truth your AI Sales Engineer demos and answers from.

Ingest — every conversation, captured

Connect Zendesk and every support conversation syncs in automatically. Everything else — Telegram, Slack, an internal tool — feeds in through the ingest API: platforms like Telegram don't allow a hosted service to read your chats, so a small collector runs on your side and replays them into the API with a source-bound key. An AI coding agent can build that collector in a sitting — the docs include a ready-made prompt describing the one we run ourselves.

Mine — real questions become draft solutions

MyAISE clusters conversations by the underlying question and drafts one solution per cluster — folding new conversations into existing solutions instead of drafting duplicates. The result is a living set of answers shaped by what customers actually ask, not what a docs team guessed they'd ask.

The privacy boundary

Raw tickets are kept separate from the knowledge served to customers. Draft solutions must pass sanitization and be explicitly published before the assistant can retrieve them. Your team reviews the content for accuracy and customer details before publishing.

Curate — review before publishing

The curation dashboard shows every drafted solution beside its source conversations. Review, edit, and publish there, or use your coding agent through the MyAISE MCP server to check drafts against your codebase. Drafts stay out of the assistant's answers until published.

This is what the AI SE is anchored in

When a prospect asks for a demo — or a customer asks a question — the AI uses this curated base and your real screens to ground its answers. Better tickets and careful review give it better material to work from. Meet the AI SE · meet it after the sale.
